For garnish:

  • 1 pack bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Cooked peas

Ooey Gooey Cheesy Bite Size Lasagna Rolls!

Is there anything better than a slice of cheesy, meaty lasagna? The answer to that is YES! Bite size lasagna rolls are here and probably about to turn into one of your favorite pasta dishes. Give them a try tonight, I promise you won’t regret it!

  • Cooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1-2 cups bolognese sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup bechamel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Spray a nonstick mini muffin tin, and in each space sprinkle some cheese on the bottom.
  3. Lay out your cooked lasagna noodles and slice it in half length-wise, and then again half width-wise, so that you are left with individual strips.
  4. Starting with your first strip, spread a layer of bolognese sauce across, then a layer of bechamel sauce, and then a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
  5. Roll up the strip tightly and place into a prepared greased mini muffin tin on top of the cheese (the cheese will help to keep the noodles rolled up together during baking).
  6. Repeat this process with the remaining noodle strips.
  7. One all the roll ups are in the muffin tin, sprinkle the top with mozzarella and the remaining parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 mins.
  9. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, and then remove from tin and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

“A Nurse’s Prayer:” A Heartwarming Poem Someone Who Knows A Nurse Will Understand

I thank God every day that my beloved mother is part of my life. Her wisdom and guidance has saved me on a number of occasions, but it’s also saved the lives of many others.

Not everyone can say that about their mother, but those who can, it’s probably because their mother is also a nurse.

When I was a child, every time my mother went out to work a night shift I would miss her. She’d come home tired, not just because she worked all night long on her feet, but because of all the things she saw and had to deal with just in one night.

Some days I would see her eyes well up with tears, remembering that ICU patient she grew close to who ended up not making it, or that a young patient from emergency who died so suddenly, and she went to console their grieving family.

I wanted my mother to be only mine, but as I grew older, I realized that I should be proud of a mother who is needed. A mother who has allowed others be able to go home to their mothers.

This poem is for selfless nurses like my mother who have worked hard to save and better lives.

Thank you to all the nurses who have taught us compassion, selflessness, and bravery. I wish you all the best, and know that God has been watching your good deeds.

Share this poem with a nurse you know to remind them how much we love and appreciate them!

The Best Gardeners Have Already Started, Here’s What They’re Doing

Don’t let that last hint of winter fool you: as far as we’re concerned, spring is here.

If you’re the kind of gardener who waits for stories about “planting season” or big sales at the garden center to start work, you’re already falling behind.

Even before your yard is ready for new plants, you should be seed starting indoors. Then, mature plants can be moved into your garden when they’re ready.

If you haven’t tried seed starting your garden plants before, it can sound intimidating. But the extra work will actually save you time and money in the long run.

First of all, buying seed packets from your garden center is cheaper than mature plants, and there are usually more varieties available too.

Old World Garden Farms

While you’ll need to invest in some extra equipment – like grow lights, indoor seeding soil, and seed planters – they will pay for themselves over time.

If you live in a part of the country with a short growing window, seed starting really pays of. You can squeeze in more crops of vegetables, or enjoy more time with lovely flowers.

But seed starting will also take up space inside your home. Although, a compact planter and light setup can fit easily in a garage, spare room, or your kitchen.

If you’re ready to try seed starting for yourself, we have some helpful tips to get started.

Why Songs Get Stuck In Your Head, And The Simple Trick To Make Them Go Away

Call it whatever you like – sticky music, earworms, a stuck song, or just plain annoying.

If you’re one of the 90% of people who regularly deal with them, you’ve probably already experienced one this week.

Sadly, I’m one of the 30% who have it even worse, because I can’t make it through a single day without a song repeating in my head.

Whether it’s an old classic, or the last thing I heard on the radio, listening to the music repeat over and over can be seriously irritating.

Because this temporary condition, called “involuntary musical imagery” by scientists, is so common, lots of studies have tried to explain exactly why it happens.

Researchers say “YMCA” gets stuck in your brain very easily.CBS Music

No surprise here, but songs with repetitive, catchy melodies are the hardest to forget.

Classics like “YMCA,” “Jingle Bells,” and “We Will Rock You” all made the University of St. Andrews’s list of stickiest songs.

Recognizability and familiarity also make songs “catch” in your brain, which is why recent radio hits seem to infect the entire country all at once.

Then again, really sticky tunes like “The Song That Doesn’t End” have a habit of jumping out of nowhere and lodging in your brain for days. Is it on repeat in your mind yet?

If you’ve caught an earworm today and it won’t leave you alone, we have expert advice to shake it for good.

Your Native American Spirit Animal Can Reveal The Truth About Your Personality

We all spend more time than we’d like to admit reading our horoscopes. Sure, there is a chance that the stars may know what’s going on but how accurate can it be? Well, in my experience, it has always been basically right on.

Honestly, it’s almost crazy how accurate these zodiac representations can be. But did you realize that the zodiac you are most familiar with isn’t the only way to learn about yourself? In Native American culture, they use the time of the year you were born in to discover which spirit animal best reflects your personality and it’s almost more accurate than the zodiac we already know.

Let’s see which one you are!

You are often thought to be the unconventional one in the group, but the way you do things always works for you. Your intuition gets you through all kinds of situations because you are able to perceive the best solution easily.

You are known to be sensitive and sympathetic, while remaining honest about the situation. You have the tendency to get a little bit inappropriate at times and can isolate yourself, but your rebellious nature is what helps you make your own way in the world.

Your passion and heart helps you tend to the emotional needs of your loved ones. While everyone thinks you love nothing more than being “the lone wolf,” you actually are full of compassion and generosity for those you care about.

You do however, greatly value your independence and sometimes your desire to chase that leads you down a ruthless path of obsessive behavior. But that passion is what you need to feel like you are making the right choices.

You are always filling the role of the leader in any situation because your ability to make quick decisions is unparalleled. You are focused and confident, which can sometimes come off as though you were bragging, but you don’t pay too much attention to that because you are too busy moving on to the next task.

When it comes to your relationships, you have a tendency to get impatient and intolerant, but it’s because your opinions are often right and you know it.

Like the falcon, you love to be in charge, however your leadership style is a bit different. You are cunning and quick, but your planning often takes place behind the scenes. Strategy is your strong suit, and you can get a little bit stubborn when people try to step away from your plan.

You are helpful and loyal, but at times you can get possessive and demanding of the people around you. You do it because you believe your way is the right way, but you probably need to constantly remind yourself that you want to be a more compassionate person.

8 Things You Should Be Keeping In Your Fridge That Definitely Aren’t Food

Refrigerators are meant to store food and keep it fresh longer, but there are other things that would benefit to be in low-temperatures.

Here are eight unlikely items you should always keep in your fridge that are not food.

I love receiving flowers, but it’s upsetting that they don’t last for very long. Every good florist knows that cut flowers stay fresh longer when kept in the fridge overnight, but that’s something most of them don’t tell you. So before you go to bed, put the vase with your flowers in the fridge to make them last longer, then take it out in the morning. You don’t look at the flowers at night anyway!

Frozen foundation is the last thing you need when you desperately need to cover the imperfections on your face, but at least it will save you money from having to buy another foundation once yours goes bad. The trick here is to put your foundation in the fridge for only a short amount of time. Once you remove it from your fridge, wait at least an hour before you apply it onto your face.

Store your candles in a sealed bag and put them in a refrigerator. This will make them burn slower and last longer. If you’re worried about your candles cracking, leave them out for a bit before you burn the wick.

Instead of overwashing your expensive denim, put them in the freezer when they start to get a little smelly. The bacteria will be killed off once the denim starts to freeze. Don’t worry, no harm will be done to your jeans. This also works for shoes and clothes with sticky stains. You can easily peel whatever is stuck on your clothes once it’s been frozen.

9 Duggar Scandals That The Family Probably Wishes Would Go Away

Oh, the Duggars. The family we all pretend we don’t care about but read up on as though their drama is what is keeping us alive.

For your consideration, entertainment, and extreme nosiness (and mine too) I’ve compiled a list of the biggest Duggar scandals to ever hit the news. Some of them are pretty ridiculous, but others are definitely worthy of the title “what is this family thinking?” Let’s start off with some small ones.

Anyone who knows anything about the Duggar family knows they are extremely conservative. The family requires all the females to wear longs skirts and cover their knees in the name of modesty. Even when swimming, girls must stay covered up.

But it seems that one Duggar girl has broken the rules and gone her own way. Jinger Duggar, who is married to former soccer player Jeremy Vuolo, made headlines in the fan base when a picture of her wearing pants started circulating online.

Twitter

Many called out Jinger for straying from the family values, but her husband came to her defense.

“It is your liberty as to whether you dress modestly with a modest pair of pants, or with a skirt, or with a T-shirt, or with a blouse,” Jeremy said. “It is not your liberty, women, to wear sensual, seductive clothing that is designed to draw the attention of your brothers.”

Awkward phrasing to say brothers, especially considering Jinger was molested by her older brother Josh…but I digress. Since that debacle about a year ago, Jinger’s sister Jill has also been spotted wearing jeans. And really, who can blame them?

Jessa Duggar, who has two kids under the age of four, posted a series of pictures that showcased how messy her house can get with two young ones around. Jessa posted several photos of her messy home, but the one that really got fans talking was the one of a pile of dirty diapers stacked on a table.

“Pile of diapers on the top of my dresser… pretty sure these all collected in the past 12 hours,” Jessa wrote.

Facebook

The other pictures included scribbled-on walls, a dirty stove, dusty side tables, and clothes piled everywhere. Jessa said the point of the post was to show that some things are more important than cleaning, like spending time with your kids. Not everyone agreed.

“I’m sorry but kids take naps and go to bed, clean when they do. My daughter has 3 small ones and my son has 4, but they would never live this dirty. It only takes a few minutes to clean up a mess room by room and all the while playing or singing to your kids. Absolutely Disgusting!”

“The sheets, stove, and diapers are disgusting. Your husband doesn’t work a full time job. You’ve got tons of family nearby that could help you. You should really clean it up.”

Jessa later clarified that her diaper genie was broken which is why they were piled on the dresser.

Those were relatively tame, and things only get better from there.

You Have Orthosomnia, And You Didn’t Even Know It – Here’s What Causes It

I know what you’re thinking, what the heck is orthosomnia, and why is my sleep tracker causing it?

Well, orthosomnia is a new term for a condition researchers have been doing more research into.

Kelly G. Baron, PhD, a researcher in the sleep disorders program in the Department of Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center, and her fellow researchers coined this new term, and told Refinery29 a little about it.

You know when you have to be up early for a super important day the next morning? You usually are so stressed about sleeping, that you never actually get any sleep. This happens to me literally anytime I have something important the next day, and it sucks.

Well, orthosomnia is kind of the same idea as that scenario except for with sleeping apps.

If you aren’t on the sleep tracking band wagon, this is a little about how they work. The most popular app, called Sleep Cycle, works by tracking your movements, or noise of movements throughout the night.

The next morning, it provides you with a nightly report of how well you slept. It can even show you how many times you woke up, and how deep of a sleep you were in. Sounds pretty amazing, right? Apparently not.

With these apps becoming increasingly popular, researchers are starting to find that they may be doing more bad for your sleep than good.

This is what researchers said about it…

8 Hacks Guaranteed To Make Any Baby Stop Crying

Most people react with panic when babies start to cry. And we can’t blame that. After all, babies can’t talk so it’s often impossible to figure out what they want. And as we know, they will sometimes cry for no reason at all. If you have a fussy baby, first check if they are hungry or have a soiled diaper. If it’s neither of these, try anyone of these hacks to stop their tears. You’ll thank us later.

1. Om Chant

Motivational speaker Daniel Eisenman discovered this technique when he was trying to put his newborn daughter to sleep. Chanting, “Om” in a low, steady voice, he was able to calm his baby down in seconds and soon after, she was fast asleep.

The sound “Om” is comforting to babies because it resembles the loud, steady noise they heard while in the womb. This is not a no-fail technique. Although it worked for many parents, some were forced to find another way to quieten their bundles of joy.

2. Calm them down with running water

The next time you have a crying baby, simply rock them near the sound of a running tap. It has been proven to put them to sleep, sometimes in a matter of seconds.

Parents speculate that running water works because, like the Om chant, it reminds babies of their time in the womb. The sound of the water may remind them of the bodily functions they got used to hearing, like fluid gurgling through their mother’s body.

3. Mummy’s Old Shirt

Are you babysitting a crying baby who just wants their parents? A desperate father recently noticed that his son stopped crying whenever he gave him his mother’s old shirt to cuddle.

According to a sensory psychologist, the mother’s scent is “soothing because the emotions associated to Mama become attached to her scent such that her scent acts as an emotional proxy for Mama herself.”

Basically, the strong scent of a mother’s clothing tricks the baby into thinking their mummy is around and gets them to calm down for a while.

There’s One Product You Always Can Count On When Dealing With A Teenage Boy’s Style Phases

This post is sponsored by Mirum, but all opinions expressed are my own.

As a mother, you probably have or are currently going through the confusion of “the teenage boy.”

It feels nearly impossible to keep up with what phase they are going through, because it changes practically everyday. What they were into yesterday, is considered “lame” today, and tomorrow it will be something completely new.

They grow up so fast, and it’s hard to keep up sometimes. Luckily there’s one product you know you can count on for any and every phase your son is going through.

Axe hair styling products can be used for any hairstyle your son is into, they’re easily adaptable and always reliable. You can find any of these products at your local CVS, and at an awesome price with their current promotional offers.

Here are some hairstyles your son can try out for any phase he may be going through:

They’ll most likely be at this phase in their late teens. When they start to wake up five minutes before they have to leave the house, they’ll want to try this style. This style will make them finally look good while lazy, instead of throwing on that disgusting baseball cap.

For this style, you’ll want to use the AXE Messy Look Matte Wax.  This wax is perfect for a laid back hair style because it gives them that perfect, “I didn’t try but I still look good,” look. This wax will also keep that look for them all day long but won’t stiffen their hair too much.

This look is probably the easiest, and should only take them a couple of minutes to do.

They should start with freshly washed hair to get the best results. The rest is easy, they should use a small dab of the wax and run their fingers through their hair, while also shaking their hair around a little bit. This will form the perfect messy hair look they are looking for.

If you haven’t seen this phase yet, trust me you will. For some reason, almost every teenage boy goes through this phase, even if it’s for a short while. This usually happens in their younger teen or preteen years and can last for a day or even years.

This style works best with the AXE Natural Look Softening Cream. This cream is incredibly easy to use, and it will create a textured hairstyle, that will stay in place all day.

To get this look, they should start with clean and dry hair. He should evenly distribute the cream on his hands, then he can then run his fingers through his hair towards the back of his head. This looks especially good if he angles his hair back and to one side.

Doing this will give him a clean, pulled back look that will be an easy way to look clean and put together. All he needs is his button up shirt and he will be ready to go.

This is probably everyone of our least favorite phases to have to watch, but it happens. This is probably that phase where you beg them to cut their over-gown, greasy hair, but they refuse.

They will want to use the AXE Natural Look Understated Cream for this look. This styling cream will tame their wild hair. It also has just enough hold to keep their hair in place, without having it look crunchy or over-styled.

This relaxed and “rocker” style, actually works best with longer and messy hair. They can either apply this cream to completely dry hair, or towel dried damp hair.

They should start with just a small dab and add more if they need to. For this style, they should rake their fingers all through their hair from root to tip. This looks best if they rake their hair upwards, to get a little volume. Using a small comb can also make this easier. When they’re done, they can throw on their jean jacket to complete the look.

Luckily for you, there are two promotional offers going on right now that will have you loading up on these products.

From 2/25/18 to 3/3/18

Buy 1, Get 1 50% on select AXE hair products. Also, get $5 ExtraBucks Rewards when you spend $15 on participating AXE Hair products.

From 3/18/18 to 3/24/18

Buy 1, Get 1 50% OFF on select AXE Hair Care products. Also, get $5 ExtraBucks Rewards when you spend $20 on participating AXE Hair products.

These offers are both available in store at any CVS location.

Although we might not always love the phase our sons are going through, the least we can do is help them look good while doing it. CVS provides all of the products listed above, for all your sons hair styling needs.

What is your least favorite phase your son has gone through? #AXEpersonalstyle

The Amount Of Sugar In A Cadbury Creme Egg Will Make Your Stomach Hurt Just By Looking At It

For many Americans seeing Cadbury Creme Eggs in stores is a sign that the time to take the holiday lights down for Easter is just around the corner. Ever since the iconic chocolate treat made its way across the pond to the United States, it has been embraced by sweet-toothed fans across the country.

The Creme Egg isn’t very large so it’s easy to overindulge, and every year, we all end up eating more of the delicious Easter treat than we’re ever willing to admit.

Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but it may be time to start counting how many Cadbury Creme Eggs you consume because they’re alarmingly bad for you.

Global News

A Creme Egg contains sugar, milk, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, dried whey (milk), cocoa mass, vegetable fats (palm, shea), emulsifier (E442), dried egg white, flavourings and colour (paprika extract).

Ingredients in packaged food products are often listed in order by weight, which means that there is more sugar than anything else in these beloved chocolatey eggs. Additionally, glucose syrup and invert sugar syrup are also sweeteners used in the treat.

In fact, each Creme Egg contains 26 grams of sugar, which equals to roughly six teaspoons. To drive the point home, one woman posted a photo to Facebook that shows just how much sugar is in each egg, and it’s not an exaggeration when I say that it is way too much.

Wait till you see it…

Rome Got Covered In A Rare and Massive Snowstorm, And It’s Never Been More Beautiful

If you live in the East Coast or the Midwest, chances are you’re looking out your window at a mound of (hopefully melting) snow. For those of us in the colder parts of North America, snow is a part of life. Whether its 3 centimeters or 30, there’s no way we’re missing school or work because of a cold snap.

Well, this wasn’t the case in Rome, Italy. The Mediterranean city is used to warm, summery temperatures and residents are often seen wearing shorts all year round. That is, until this year.

Due to a cold weather phenomenon called the Beast from the East, the normally balmy city recently experienced its first snowfall in six years. Although Italians only had 10 centimeters dumped on them, it was enough to bring the entire city to a standstill.

Schools, parks and cemeteries were closed down. Public transportation was delayed for hours while everyone from salary workers to priests streamed outdoors to experience the miracle.

The images of Roman ruins covered in frost and snow are causing residents and tourists to swoon at the beauty of the Eternal City. Adriana Di Carlo, an Italian civil servant said she went to work on Monday, but mentioned many of her colleagues did not.

She was also affected by the transport delays but did not seem to mind because she was so excited about seeing the snow. “It’s a spectacle,” she said, “Enchanting, surreal.”

Perhaps the excitement the Italians are feeling about the rare snowfall will cause us to appreciate having to trudge through 30 centimeters of the fluffy stuff next winter. But somehow I doubt it.

The Famous Light Bulb Brain Teaser Is Seriously Puzzling – See If You’re Bright Enough To Solve It

From time to time we like to share a really tough riddle with all of you, and this one captured our attention recently.

It managed to divide everyone in our office as we argued over how to solve it, but we promise there is an answer, and it can be solved.

See if you have the mind to un-puzzle this one, then share it with a friend to challenge them.

Here’s the brain teaser:

“Mr. Bright was doing some renovations on his home when he ran into an unusual problem.

Like a lot of renovation problems, it involved his home’s faulty wiring.

In Mr. Bright’s basement, there was a set of light switches.

A note from the home’s former owner explains that the three light switches are connected to three different light bulbs in the house’s attic.

a_roesler / Pixabay

Mr. Bright can’t see which light bulb turns on in the attic when he flips a switch in the basement.

While each switch is connected to just one light bulb, all three light bulbs and switches look exactly the same.

Because Mr. Bright is getting older, he doesn’t want to walk back up and down his stairs. He will flip as many switches as he needs to, then walk upstairs just once to identify how the switches and light bulbs are connected.

To be clear, there’s no way to turn the lights on or off once Mr. Bright walks out of the basement to check on them.

And no, Mr. Bright can’t use a dimmer switch, or ask someone else to help him.

So here’s the puzzle: how can Mr. Bright identify all three switches and lights in just one trip from the basement to the attic?

Take a guess, then see if you were right on the next page.

The True Story That Inspired ‘The Sound Of Music’ Is More Dramatic Than The Movie

If you’ve seen The Sound of Music – and odds are good that you’ve watched it a few dozen times – you’re probably in love with its timeless romance and classic songs.

Since the movie’s release in 1965, it has become one of the most successful films of all time. And the endless copies my family bought on VHS and DVD probably helped a lot.

But when I watched the movie growing up I always wondered: what happened to the von Trapps after the movie ended?

The surprising answer is that the famous singing family moved to America.

See, The Sound of Music, along with the Broadway play and German film that inspired it, are based on the real life story of Maria von Trapp, her husband Georg, and their children.

Maria von Trapp (back row, far left) with her children.von Trapp family

Like in the movie, Maria was a nun who joined the von Trapp household as a tutor (not a governess) for the widower’s seven children.

Unlike the classic film, Maria and Georg did not exactly fall head over heels for each other, as Maria confessed in a book about her life.

“I really and truly was not in love,” she wrote. “I liked him but didn’t love him. However, I loved the children, so in a way I really married the children.” But even their real love story had a Hollywood ending.

“[B]y and by, ” Maria remembered, “I learned to love him more than I have ever loved before or after.”

But their romance wasn’t the only detail about the von Trapps that Hollywood changed. Their dramatic escape from Austria went very differently in real life.

“Letter From A Mother To A Daughter”– A Poem From A Mother With Alzheimer’s

Just over a month ago, my family lost my grandmother to vascular dementia. Watching her deteriorate over a course of many years broke my mom’s heart. The woman she grew up idolizing was slowly fading away. It started with forgotten words and getting confused with directions, but eventually things got too serious for her to stay at home. It was unfair to my grandfather to be constantly worried about her safety.

I know that if my grandmother was here today, she’d have the most comforting words for my mom. That’s why this poem from Alzheimers.net is so beautiful. It perfectly captures the love a mother has for a daughter, even if she can no longer express it.

My dear girl, the day you see I’m getting old,

I ask you to please be patient, but most of all,

try to understand what I’m going through.

If when we talk, I repeat the same thing a thousand times,

don’t interrupt to say: “You said the same thing a minute ago.”

Just listen, please.

Try to remember the times when you were little

and I would read the same story night after night until you would fall asleep.

When I don’t want to take a bath, don’t be mad and don’t embarrass me.

Remember when I had to run after you making excuses

and trying to get you to take a shower when you were just a girl?

When you see how ignorant I am when it comes to new technology,

give me the time to learn and don’t look at me that way.

Remember, honey, I patiently taught you how to do many things

like eating appropriately, getting dressed, combing your hair,

and dealing with life’s issues every day.

The day you see I’m getting old, I ask you to please be patient,

but most of all, try to understand what I’m going through.

If I occasionally lose track of what we’re talking about,

give me the time to remember, and if I can’t, don’t be nervous, impatient, or arrogant.

Just know in your heart that the most important thing for me is to be with you.

And when my old, tired legs don’t let me move as quickly as before,

give me your hand the same way that I offered mine to you when you first walked.

When those days come, don’t feel sad—just be with me,

and understand me while I get to the end of my life with love.

I’ll cherish and thank you for the gift of time and joy we shared.

With a big smile and the huge love I’ve always had for you,

I just want to say, I love you, my darling daughter.

Barbra Streisand Reveals She Cloned Her Dog Samantha Twice

When I was a child, Barbra Streisand was a staple in my house. She was my mother’s favorite artist and like my parents, a doting animal lover.

I never had a pet dog before, but when I visited the homes of my friends and family, I was sure to give their pooches a healthy dose of love and affection.

Until 2017, Streisand had a beloved dog too. Samantha was a beautiful Coton du Tulear, who lived to the ripe old age of 14.

But during an interview with Variety, Streisand revealed the unique way she kept Samantha’s memory alive – by cloning her.

‘Teen Mom’ Star Suffers Devastating Miscarriage Of Third Child

When I was a teenager, one of my favorite programs to binge watch was MTV’s 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom.

The show, which depicted the harsh realities of teen pregnancy, followed four brave women as their lives were about to change.

Luckily, the hit series did a world of good, by teaching teenagers across North America the importance of using protection while having sex.

My favorite cast member was Catelynn Lowell, who made the brave decision to give her daughter up for adoption.

As an adopted child myself, I could empathize with her choice, as she was torn between giving her newborn a better life and being a part of her flesh and blood’s life.

Luckily, Catelynn and her husband Tyler Baltierra have an open adoption with their biological daughter Carly, and have since welcomed their second child, Novalee, into the world.

Sadly, on Monday’s episode of Teen Mom OG, it was revealed the beloved couple suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage.
