There’s One Product You Always Can Count On When Dealing With A Teenage Boy’s Style Phases

As a mother, you probably have or are currently going through the confusion of “the teenage boy.”

It feels nearly impossible to keep up with what phase they are going through, because it changes practically everyday. What they were into yesterday, is considered “lame” today, and tomorrow it will be something completely new.

They grow up so fast, and it’s hard to keep up sometimes. Luckily there’s one product you know you can count on for any and every phase your son is going through.

They’ll most likely be at this phase in their late teens. When they start to wake up five minutes before they have to leave the house, they’ll want to try this style. This style will make them finally look good while lazy, instead of throwing on that disgusting baseball cap.

They should start with freshly washed hair to get the best results. The rest is easy, they should use a small dab of the wax and run their fingers through their hair, while also shaking their hair around a little bit. This will form the perfect messy hair look they are looking for.

If you haven’t seen this phase yet, trust me you will. For some reason, almost every teenage boy goes through this phase, even if it’s for a short while. This usually happens in their younger teen or preteen years and can last for a day or even years.

Victoria Beckham Faces Serious Backlash Over New Ad Campaign

Victoria Beckham, former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer, is no stranger to controversy, especially when it comes to the topic of body size.

Beckham, who took a break from work over the holidays, announced her return to the fashion world by unveiling new eye wear designs from her brand’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection.

“Back to work!,” Beckham tweeted. “Start the year with new frames from the Spring Summer 2018 #VBEyewear collection inspired by 1970s retro classics and updated for a feathery-light, fresh and modern look.”

Unfortunately, not everyone welcomed the designer back with open arms. Many social media users found Beckham’s use of Lithuanian model Giedre Dukauskaite to be problematic, and it has stirred quite the backlash over the last couple of days.

H&M Closes Stores After Protests Over ‘Racist’ Ad Turn Aggressive

Due to numerous protests surrounding the recent H&M ad, in which a black child wore a sweatshirt that had the slogan “coolest monkey in the jungle,” H&M has temporarily shut down over 17 stores for employee and customer safety.

The pictures of the protests showed people outside or marching through a store. Others showed people toppling mannequins, overturning racks and scattering clothes.

“Out of concern for the safety of our employees and customers we have temporarily closed all stores in the area,” H&M said in an emailed statement on Saturday, January 13th.

H&M’s formal apology to the public just wasn’t enough. People are still furious at their decision to make this public, and the anger doesn’t seem to be slowing down.

The question is not when it will end, but will it at all? This ad has created so much negative buzz for the company, it is going to be hard for them to come back from this. “The Weeknd,” a Canadian singer, songwriter, and record producer, who has had an ongoing endorsement relationship with H&M, expressed his shock, through Twitter. “Woke up this morning shocked and embarrassed by this photo. i’m deeply offended and will not be working with @hm anymore..” said The Weeknd. From losing endorsement deals, to the violent protests in South African stores, it is not looking up for H&M.

Ikea Will Give You A Discount, But You Need To Pee On Their Ad First

IKEA is possibly the biggest name in home furniture in the world right now. With over 400 locations worldwide, including locations in Japan, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, the Swedish furniture giant has become not just a store where you can get another bookshelf for your bedroom, but an institution.

The first time you see one of their stores, it’s hard not to be struck by how comedically large they are. Don’t get me wrong, they actually do need that amount of space, not just for the showrooms, but also for their massive warehouses of unassembled furniture that you can peruse at your own peril. Still though, how many places can you shop that have their own cafeteria?!

People Are Boycotting H&M Over A “Racist” Clothing Ad

When you’re a brand as popular as H&M, there’s a very high chance that you can’t escape public criticism.

However, this means that the company has to be extra vigilant about everything they do to ensure that they aren’t involved in any controversies that could harm their brand. Unfortunately, that isn’t always the case.

H&M’s latest online advertisement for their children’s line has created some serious backlash and people are calling for the boycott of the Sweden-based international clothing company.

The fashion chain was selling children’s hoodies on their U.S. and U.K. online stores inscribed with the phrases “Coolest Monkey In the Jungle” and “Mangrove Jungle Official Survival Expert Junior Tour Guide.”

While people did not take issue with the writings on the hoodies, they were furious about how they were advertised, and have deemed the campaign racist.

The John Lewis Christmas Ad Is Finally Here And It’s Even Better Than Last Year

You may think that it is too early, I mean, it isn’t even Thanksgiving yet, but for fans of Christmas advertisement campaigns, it is already the most wonderful time of the year.

One of the most anticipated holiday-themed ads has finally released and it was definitely worth waiting an entire year for.

Department store chain John Lewis is honoring its tradition of releasing an emotion-driven annual christmas advert and this year is no different.

A few weeks ago, a source told Ok! Magazine that this year’s ad will be nothing like rest.

“This year the John Lewis advert will revolve around a big cuddly monster,” explained the source. “If you can imagine a cross between the Gruffalo and a huge, cute teddy bear, that’s the angle they’ve gone for. Filming for the advert wrapped a couple of months ago but they’ve been doing a lot of post production to get the special effects just right.

“Families are going to love the finished product, it’s a really emotional advert with a lovely ending.”

Well, they were telling the truth.
