Turkey Cupcakes Are The Cutest Thanksgiving Desserts

These cupcakes are delicious and adorable! Not only are they easy to make but your kids will have so much fun helping to put them together. Who knows! Your family might love these little guys so much that they become part of your yearly Thanksgiving traditions!

  • Chocolate cupcakes (either from scratch or from a cake mix)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • Oreos
  • Fudge Stripe Cookies
  • Brown M&Ms
  • Candy Corn
  • Icing (brown, red and orange)
  1. In a bowl mix together the butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and heavy cream.
  2. Put a layer of the chocolate frosting on top of each cupcake.
  3. Separate your Oreo cookies so that the white icing is showing.
  4. Place two halves of your Oreos on the cupcake. These will be your turkey’s eyes.
  5. Next take your Fudge Stripe Cookies and separate each cookie into two halves.
  6. Put some chocolate frosting on one half of your Fudge Stripe Cookie and stick four candy corn pieces into the frosting. This will be your turkey’s tail. Stick into the back of the top of the cupcake.
  7. Use frosting to attach the M&M pupils to your Oreos.
  8. Draw a beak with orange frosting and a waddle with the red.
  9. Now your turkeys are ready to be eaten!

Candy Pretzel Turkey Bites Are What Your Thanksgiving Dinner Needs!

Can Thanksgiving dinner get any more delicious than it already is? Apparently it can! These Candy Pretzel Turkey Bites are a super delicious treat that your whole family will love. The salty and sweet combo is awesome, and since they’re really easy to make you can have your kids give you a hand in putting them together.

  • Pretzels
  • Candy Corn
  • Rolos
  • Reese’s Pieces
  • Candy eyeballs
  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Lay pretzels on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place one Rolo on each pretzel. Bake until the chocolate softens (about 1 minute).
  3. Decorate your turkeys while the chocolate is still soft! Insert 3 pieces of Candy Corn along the top for the feathers, place two candy eyeballs towards the middle of the Rolo, and take one Reese’s Pieces and turn it sideways and insert it below the eyes.
  4. Place your turkeys in the freezer to set. Enjoy!
