Your Classic Spinach Dip Just Got Way Better!

This easy to make cheesy bacon spinach dip will have your guests begging for more! Just a simple twist on a classic recipe, and it will be a party favorite for years to come!

  • 8 oz cream cheese,softened
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 16 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed tightly to get rid of excess water
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz fresh Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray a 2 quart baking dish or cast iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Add cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder and paprika to a large mixing bowl and stir until combined well.
  3. Add spinach (make sure you’ve really pressed it to get all the excess water out!), parmesan cheese and 1 cup of the shredded Mozzarella cheese.  Stir until mixed thoroughly.
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish/skillet.  Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, cooked bacon crumbs, and then place thinly sliced fresh Mozzarella cheese on top of the dip.
  5. Bake until cheese is golden and mixture is bubbly, about 30 minutes.

Have friends coming over this Saturday and you’re looking for a delicious appetizer to serve? Buffalo Chicken Dip is the answer for you! This easy, cheesy mixture with a kick of spice is going to be an absolute hit!

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce (12 oz.)
  • Cream Cheese (16 oz.)
  • Ranch Dressing (16 oz.)
  • Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Cheddar Cheese
  1. Boil chicken and then shred and mix with Franks Buffalo sauce.
  2. Spread shredded chicken along the bottom of a casserole dish
  3. In a saucepan combine cream cheese and ranch dressing until melted down into a smooth mixture.
  4. Pour cheese and ranch mixture over top of the shredded chicken and smoothen.
  5. Layer top of dip with monterey jack and cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes, and let stand for 10.

  • 36 Oreo’s
  • 1 brick of cream cheese

1. Use a food processor to crumble the large Oreo’s, and then mix the crumbs with the cream cheese.

2. Once the crumbs and cream cheese has been well combined, shape a spoonful of the mixture into 1″ balls and place on a tray of parchment paper, then into the freezer for 20 minutes.

3. After the balls have froze, melt the vanilla candy melts and dip each ball into the chocolate until fully coated. Set aside to chill until the coating is set.

4. Use remaining candy melts as a glue to attach the hat, then decorate the face as you’d like.

This cake is sooooo good! It may look like a giant pumpkin, but it tastes like moist, delicious carrot cake with cream cheese icing…yum! Everyone is guaranteed to love this and it will be gobbled up before you know it!

  • ¾ cup canola oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 can pure pumpkin
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 4 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 6 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • Orange and green gel or paste food color
  • 1 flat-bottom wafer ice cream cone
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a bundt pan and dust with flour.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl mix together the eggs, oil, sugars, pumpkin, milk and vanilla.
  4. Add your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and mix. Once totally mixed add the carrots and walnuts.
  5. Pour the cake batter into your bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes. Let cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Repeat this process again so that you have a second cake.
  7. Once both cakes have cooled it’s time to make the icing. Beat together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add the confectioners’ sugar and beat for 3 minutes.
  8. Cut each cake in half horizontally. Spread 3/4 cup frosting on the bottom half of each and sandwich the tops.
  9. Put 1/2 cup of frosting in a bowl and add green food coloring.
  10. Add orange food coloring to the remaining frosting.
  11. Place one cake, rounded side down, onto a serving platter or large plate. Spread 1/2 cup of orange frosting on the top and sandwich with the remaining cake, rounded side up.
  12. Next, frost the entire cake with orange frosting and set in fridge for 15 minutes.
  13. Cover your ice cream cone in green frosting. When you’re ready to serve the cake add the green frosted cone to the center of the cake.
