Easy Dinner Recipe with This One Pot Cheesy Ravioli!

If you’re tight for time during the week, this is a recipe you should have on hand. This easy one pot cheesy ravioli is not only a delicious filling meal, but it’s quick and simple to make. Your family will be begging for more one they give this dish a try!

You can even play around with the recipe and try different types of ravioli,  spinach and cheese or mushroom and cheese – the possibilities are endless!

  • 1 small onion
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 jars of tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon dried italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pack of four-cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until there is no longer any pink.
  2. Drain beef and set aside. Wipe pot clean.
  3. In the same pot over medium-high heat, heat oil, and then add onions, mushrooms, and saute until tender.
  4. Add in minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
  5. Add in beef, pasta sauce, water, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring sauce to a boil then add in ravioli.
  7. Reduce heat, cover, and allow to simmer until pasta is cooked through.
  8. Stir in cheese, and serve right away.

  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Roll out dough to about a 13-15 inch circle. Place on pizza pan.
  3. Top dough with ranch and spread to an even layer. Sprinkle cheese on top. Top with chicken and bacon. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.

  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon dill relish
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 425 and spray a pizza pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the beef and onion. Drain. Add the Worcestershire. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  3. In a separate skillet, cook the bacon until done. Let it cool and crumble it.
  4. Press the pizza dough into the pizza pan and prebake the crust for 8 minutes.
  5. While the crust is baking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, add the ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and relish.
  6. Remove crust from the oven and spread the sauce on evenly. Sprinkle on half of the cheese. Sprinkle on the beef mixture and bacon. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 6-10 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown.
  8. Top with pickle slices if desired. Slice and serve.
  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan
  • 1 ½  cups mozzarella, grated
  • ½ cup cheddar, grated

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Spread cream cheese over pizza, sprinkle cheeses and bacon. Arrange jalapeno slices and bake for 20 min
  • 15 large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails removed
  • 10 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1⁄8 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

  1. Saute minced garlic in the olive oil and butter. Do not overcook the garlic. The goal is to infuse the butter and olive oil with the garlic flavor. After the butter melts, it should only take 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. While garlic is sautéing, rinse and dry thawed shrimp
  3. Pour garlic butter sauce onto the pizza crust and ensure that the garlic is evenly distributed all over the crust. I use a pastry brush.
  4. Top with the shrimp, ensuring that it is evenly distributed all over the crust.
  5. Dust with cayenne pepper, top with grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake according to your pizza dough recipe instructions. My recipe takes 12 to 15 minutes. You want the dough completely baked and the top to be bubbly and slightly brown.

  • 8 bacon strips, chopped
  • 2 mild Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 213 ml cans pizza sauce
  • 1 800g package frozen Tater Tots
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef, sausage and bacon. Cook for 7 minutes. Add in mushrooms, onions, garlic and green pepper. Cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until meat is cooked and veggies are softened. Stir in pizza sauce.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread pizza mixture evenly on the bottom. Cover completely with Tater Tots.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with Italian seasoning. Serve hot.

  • 2lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  1. Place chicken into the slow cooker.
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, hoisin, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and scallions.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the chicken and coat thoroughly.
  4. Cook chicken on low for approximately 2-3 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken and allow the breasts to sit for several minutes before shredding.
  6. Remove a few tablespoons from the liquid and stir in the cornstarch until smooth. Gentle add this mixture back into the remaining liquid and blend until thickened.
  7. Toss the shredded chicken into the thickened mixture to coat with sauce.
  8. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds.
