10 Reasons Why Partners Cheat That Aren’t Your Fault

If you have ever been in a relationship where your partner felt it necessary to cheat on you, then I’m sorry for the hurt and pain it caused you. If it’s any consolation, it just means that they weren’t the one, or weren’t ready to have a serious, adult commitment in their lives.

Cheating can leave you feeling lost, confused, and with no self esteem. You will probably spend the majority of your time asking them for an explanation or questioning your own self to see where it all went wrong.

While it is true that every relationship comes to an end because of both parties, it doesn’t mean you were responsible for their actions.

Whatever excuse they came up with, it doesn’t mean they were right to betray the trust built into the relationship.

Despite what they told you, here are the top ten reasons why people cheat on their partners.

Most affairs are not sought out to find a new love while someone still has their partner in their life, it’s actually an unconscious attempt to wake up their significant other.

By them seeking out extra-marital sex they are really thinking “look what you made me do” in the hopes that the relationship they are currently in suddenly revives it’s passion.

If someone is beginning to have doubts about their partner, they may want to see who else is on the market. If they like what they see, they may be tempted to go for a ‘test ride.’

You might be surprised to hear that this is the most common affair for women.

This is carried out when the person who is cheating really just wants to leave the relationship but can’t bring themselves to do it directly.

In fact, they may be sloppy or obvious in their attempts in the hopes that they are caught and the partner finds out that way.

However, the healthy thing to do is just to come right out and end it, and save them the experience of having their trust broken for future relationships.

People who feel this way think that because there are some elements missing in their relationship they have every right to go out and find someone who can give it to them.

Sometimes this is because their partner is physically unable to give them satisfaction or they need an emotional connection that doesn’t interfere with the rest of their life.

This is probably the easiest one for people to understand, especially if they’ve been cheated on themselves.

There is a part of everyone that wants to ‘settle the score’ if their partner has betrayed them, and if doing it once makes you feel better about yourself, that’s your decision. But if you don’t feel fulfilled, just end it.

There’s never a good reason to cheat, but these next ones are absolutely stupid!

Sheriff’s Deputy Goes To Give Homeless Man A Citation, Instead He Helps Him Get His Life Back On Track

Sheriff’s Deputy Swallwell was going about his business when he got word that a homeless man was panhandling on the freeway off-ramp. He went out to go give him a citation, but when he spoke the man he had a change of heart.

Michael Myers was greeted by the officer and said that he told him, “you can’t be on this freeway anymore and I’m going to write you a ticket.” But as they started to speak, Deputy Swallwell realized that a ticket wasn’t going to help anything.

“I started to get to know more about him and I realized he didn’t need a citation, he needed someone to help him,” Swalwell said. Myers was unlike other panhandlers he had met. He had no criminal record, no substance abuse issues and he had tried several times to get off the streets.

“He told me, ‘no you don’t understand. I’ve done it before. I get turned away. I’ve applied for benefits before, but I don’t have ID so I can’t get any assistance.’” Swalwell explained. It was at this point that he decided he was going to do more than just let him off with a warning, he was going to do everything he could to help him get his life back on track…

Here’s The Right Way To Get Gum Out Of Clothes, Hair, And Everything Else

We were all kids once, and remember wanting to tease our friends by pretending to put bubble gum in their hair at recess. Heck, me and my friend once had a prank war with chewing gum that ended in two ruined T-shirts for the both of us. Or so we thought.

Turns out, there’s a way to remove that stuck on mess from any sort of material. So put down the scissors and don’t throw out those shirts! Here’s the foolproof way to get-it-done.

First, grab an ice cube and apply pressure around the stuck-on gum. You’ll want to freeze it in order for it to harden and make it easy to remove as one piece.

If you find that it is still fairly bonded to the the article of clothing, then use some full-strength white vinegar to chemically soften the bottom while the rest stays firmly together. Scrape off the remaining gum after this.

But what about other fabrics and (God forbid) our hair?!

This has been shown to continue well into a person’s 70s or 80s. Studies say that dog owners have “lower body mass index, fewer activities of daily living limitations, fewer doctor visits, and more frequent moderate and vigorous exercise.”

According to Kay Joubert, Director Companion Animal Services at PAWS, “Dog owners in particular tend to be a little more extroverted, or outgoing. When you start to engage them about their companion animal, people tend to open up and really blossom. They want to share stories about their favorite friend.”

Viral Photo Of Mother’s Heroin Overdose Saves Her Life

There’s embarrassment and then there’s utter shame. For Erika Hurt, a 26-year-old with a young son, a photo of her sprawled in the driver’s seat of her car overdosed on heroin was not the image of herself she wanted to portray to the world.

Some would ball up in shame and abuse themselves further after a photo like this would go viral, but Hurt wasn’t going to let that photo define the rest of her life. In fact, that photo posted by the Town of Hope Police Department in 2016 saved her life.

The town’s police department said they never meant to embarrass or shame Hurt, they only wanted to draw attention to America’s opioid epidemic. The county of Bartholomew reported that the number of fatal drug overdoses had skyrocketed year after year.

Hope Town Marshal Matt Tallent, who posted the photo, said in a statement that he’s glad the photo helped Hurt to better her life.

Alabama Woman Was Caught Stealing Eggs To Feed Her Family, But The Cops Decided To Help Her Out Instead Of Arresting Her

We’ve all gone through some tough times in our lives, and sometimes it really makes us re-evaluate what we’re willing to do in order to survive. Whether it’s being let go from your job, losing someone you love, losing where you live, or going through a health crisis, we end up having to do what we can in order to make sure we’re able to keep going.

Take, for example, the story of Alabama mother Helen Johnson. A welfare recipient who has to feed her two daughters, one niece, and two grandchildren on her monthly check of just $120, Johnson encountered a legitimate nightmare situation when her check was lost in the mail.

After two days without food, Johnson went to her local Dollar General with only $1.25 to try to buy eggs. Discovering, to her horror, that she was 50 cents short of the tax, she slipped 5 eggs into her pockets and tried to sneak off with them. This was less than successful, as one of the eggs broke in her pocket and exposed her to the store.

She admitted her theft to the store, who had already called the police. However, when Officer William Stacy arrived on the scene, it lead to something nobody expected; an act of kindness instead of an arrest.

Stacy seriously went above and beyond the call of duty…
