Snap, Crackle, Pop! Rice Krispie CUPCAKES!

Here’s a fun twist on the classic rice krispie squares recipe….rice krispie cupcakes! If you’re in a pinch for time to make cupcakes for a party, try these. Delicious cake tasting rice krispies that can be decorated however you’d like!

  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 3/4 cup yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 5oz of marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoons of sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup margarine room temperature
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond milk
  1. Melt margarine in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add in marshmallows stirring constantly to avoid any burning.
  3. Once marshmallows have melted, add in yellow cake mix and sprinkles. Stir to combine.
  4. In a well greased muffin tin, fill each space with the rice krispie mixture. Use the back of a spoon to pack it in well, and then allow to cool inside a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. For the frosting, cream together the margarine using a hand mixer, and then slowly add in the icing sugar and stir until well combined.
  6. Finally, add in vanilla and almond milk. Stir to combine and then transfer frosting into a piping bag.
  7. Remove rice krispies from muffin tins, frost as desired, and then top with sprinkles!

Even If You’ve Been Naughty, You Can Still Have Something Nice!

Everybody knows the saying “if you’re naughty, you’re getting coal for Christmas”, but what if the lump of coals were something a little sweet? That’s right! Lump of coals rice krispie treats – something sweet that I’m sure the little kiddies will appreciate.

  • 4 cups of Kelloggs rice krispies
  • 3 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs
  • black gel food coloring

1. In a large pot over medium/high heat, melt down the butter.

2. Add in the marshmallows, stirring often till they become melted.

3. Add in black gel food coloring until your reach your desired color.

4. Pour in rice krispes and mix together with melted marshmallow.

5. Remove from heat and spoon out 1/2 cup of rice krispie mix. Mold into hand to make a lump of coal shape, place in paper bag and enjoy!

1. Begin by cutting your rice krispie treats into individual squares.

2. Insert a craft spoon into the bottom of each rice krispie treat.

3. Melt your candy melts and then place into a piping bag.

4. Pipe your melts onto the rice krispie treat creating antlers, glue for two eyes, and glue for the nose.

5. Add two candy eye balls onto the treat, and a red M&M for the nose.

6. Set aside to dry.

Turkey Pops Are The Cutest Thanksgiving Dessert…Ever!

Who says you can’t have turkey for dessert? These adorable turkey pops are just what your Thanksgiving dinner needs this year. They’re easy to make, delicious and super adorable! What’s not to love?

  • Rice Krispies Treats (either homemade or store bought)
  • Melted chocolate (use candy melts or chocolate chips)
  • Fondant (orange, black and red)
  • Straws or popsicle sticks
  1. Dip your Rice Krispies Treat squares into the melted chocolate so that they’re fully coated. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Cut your turkey’s eyes, pupils, beak and waddle out of the colored fondant. Place the pieces on the chocolate covered treat to form your turkey’s face.
  3. Your Turkey Pops are now ready to be gobbled up!


Your Kids Will Love These Rice Krispies Turkey Legs

It won’t be a struggle to get your kids to eat their turkey if you’re serving them these! Although they may not be as healthy as the real thing, Rice Krispies Turkey Legs are delicious and look just like an actual turkey leg.

  • 8 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • White candy melts
  • 1 bag of mini marshmallows
  • 6 pretzel rods
  • 1/4 cup butter
  1. Break the pretzels in half.
  2. In a small bowl, melt your white chocolate according to package instructions.
  3. Dip the ends of the pretzels into your white chocolate and press two mini marshmallows on the end of each pretzel. Set on parchment paper to let chocolate set.
  4. Dip your pretzels into the white chocolate again, making sure to coat the pretzel almost all the way to the end. Place on parchment paper to let the chocolate harden.
  5. Make your Rice Krispies mixture (either on the stove or microwave).
  6. Take a handful of the mixture and shape into a ball. Press the end of the pretzel into the ball and shape to make it look like a turkey leg.
  7. Place all your turkey legs on parchment paper for about 15 minutes to let set.
  8. Your turkey legs are now ready to be eaten, enjoy!
