Snap, Crackle, Pop! Rice Krispie CUPCAKES!

Here’s a fun twist on the classic rice krispie squares recipe….rice krispie cupcakes! If you’re in a pinch for time to make cupcakes for a party, try these. Delicious cake tasting rice krispies that can be decorated however you’d like!

  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 3/4 cup yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 5oz of marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoons of sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup margarine room temperature
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond milk
  1. Melt margarine in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add in marshmallows stirring constantly to avoid any burning.
  3. Once marshmallows have melted, add in yellow cake mix and sprinkles. Stir to combine.
  4. In a well greased muffin tin, fill each space with the rice krispie mixture. Use the back of a spoon to pack it in well, and then allow to cool inside a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. For the frosting, cream together the margarine using a hand mixer, and then slowly add in the icing sugar and stir until well combined.
  6. Finally, add in vanilla and almond milk. Stir to combine and then transfer frosting into a piping bag.
  7. Remove rice krispies from muffin tins, frost as desired, and then top with sprinkles!

Christmas Trees You Can Eat!

These delectable brownies are the perfect Christmas treat to have around the house this year. Just be sure to make a few extra’s because they’ll be gone before you know it….they’re that good!

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • candy canes
  • christmas sprinkles
  • candy stars
  • vanilla icing
  • green food coloring

1. Using an 8×8 baking pan, spray with cooking spray and set aside.

2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box, and bake as directed.

3. Once the brownies are done, allow them to cool completely before removing from baking pan, and then cut them into triangles.  

4. Break your candy canes into 2″ pieces and stick them into the bottom of the traingle to use as the tree base.

5. Mix half the tub of vanilla frosting with the green food coloring until desired color is reached, and then place into a piping bag.

6. Starting at the top of the brownie tree, zig zag the frosting across the entire brownie.

7. Add Christmas sprinkles to the brownie and then finish up with a candy star at the top!

  3. Transfer quickly into the prepared pan, then top evenly with chopped peanut butter cups, pressing down as needed to make sure they stick. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 4 hours-overnight.

  3. Remove pan from the heat, then stir in about half of the chopped Oreos, stirring until just-combined. Transfer quickly into the prepared pan, then top evenly with remaining chopped Oreos, pressing down as needed to make sure they stick. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 4 hours-overnight.
  4. Remove from pan and cut up into squares to serve. Enjoy!

  • Waffle pretzels
  • Green candy melts
  • Black candy melts

  1. Melt your green candy melts according to package directions.
  2. Coat your waffle pretzels in the green candy coating.
  3. Sprinkle some of the brown sprinkles on the top of your coated pretzel. This will be your monster’s hair. Place on a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Apply the candy eyes to your monster’s face.
  5. Melt your red and black candy melts and put in a ziplock bag. Snip the corner of each bag.
  6. Pipe out the black candy melt to draw a mouth on your monster.
  7. Next pipe the red candy melt above one of your monster’s eyes (this will be a scar).
  8. Once all the candy melts have set, your monsters are ready to be eaten!

  • Oreos
  • Orange candy melts
  • Mini green M&Ms
  • White Jimmies (sprinkles)
  • Candy eyes (a variety of sizes)
  • Black gel icing
  1. Melt the orange candy melts according to package directions
  2. Dip Oreos in the candy melts and place on parchment paper.
  3. Place a mini green M&M for your pumpkin’s stem on each Oreo.
  4. Next, place two candy eyes (different sized eyes will give you a funny, silly look to your pumpkins).
  5. Draw a mouth on your pumpkin with the black gel icing and fill in with the white sprinkles.
  6. Once the candy melts have set they’re ready to be eaten!
